November 6, 2012 A network node in the Village of Lytton is down. Up to 18 users may be affected. Repairs scheduled for Nov. 7.
October 17, 2012 A brief network outage and a couple hours of slow internet affected all customers during a server upgrade.
October 16, 2012 A network outage lasting several hours for customers near 14 mile. Repair is complete
October 15, 2012 A backup power failure in the server room resulted in a 3 hour outage for all customers.
October 2, 2012 A failed network switch resulted in an outage for customers in IR17, IR18.
August 22, 2012 A failed network switch resulted in an outage for customers in Texas Creek area. Repair is complete.
July 16, 2012 Service is now restored to customers in Botanie valley.
July 15, 2012 Another lightning strike late on July 14 has damaged our repeater and left about 15 customers in the Botanie valley without internet. Crews were unable to access the mountain today due to severe thunderstorm warning in effect during the day. We will attempt to restore service tomorrow (July 16).
July 9, 2012 There will be a brief system outage early Tuesday (July 10) as our uplink connection is being upgraded to 100 Mb/s. This outage is expected to last up to 30 minutes. Thank you for your patience as we carry out this work.
June 25, 2012 Internet service has been restored to our Botanie Valley customers today although repairs from the June 23 lightning event will continue over the next several weeks. The lightning strikes damaged our internet as well as Radio and TV transmitters at the mountaintop site.
