Our teams are actively working to connect another 200 homes on fibre optics this year the status of construction can be seen by clicking on the blue areas.
We are also working to upgrade almost our entire wireless area to our NextGen wireless coverage which can offer speeds of up to 75Mbps – see the pink areas for NextGen coverage status.
Wireless high-speed internet:
Up and down the Fraser canyon from approximately Boston Bar to Bridge River, including Lillooet, parts of Fountain Valley, Botanie, and Nicomen. Our wireless coverage covers the entire service area we work in and can be seen as Yellow or Pink.

Q: Are you working with Telus to provide these services?
A. No, the Lyttonnet network is completely independent from Telus, this means that we can respond rapidly to events and restore service without waiting for out of town technicians. It also means we have control over making our network the most climate proof network available – during the climate events of 2021 our service was the only operational service.
Q: Is that Lyttonnet installing cables on the poles in my area?
A: Likely not, Lyttonnet has chosen to place almost all of its new cables underground where they can’t be touched by forest fires. We are using an environmentally friendly method of installation with little to no altercation to ground strata.
Q: My area is going to get fibre, how will my service change?
A: Customers of ours moved to fibre can expect much faster speeds and solid connections. And of course you will still have our local technicians available to service things!
